Will serve as verifier for jackpot payout and credit owed procedures.Responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of all slot equipment and the supervision of Slot Technicians on assigned shift.**· Trains slot technicians on the fundamentals of all game functions and tilts, such as game recalls, last bill and voucher, bill validator maintenance, and hopper jams.· Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all slot technicians on assigned shift, including assigning responsibilities and projects, overseeing performance, and assisting, as needed.· Verifies that all slot games communicate accurately with internal systems for accounting purposes; researches and resolves issues that arise with same.· Maintains an accurate count of slot machines on the gaming floor and matches the units licensing information.· Maintains records of all percentage sheets as required by the PA Gaming Control Board.· Enforces company policies, procedures and performance standards on assigned shift.· Generates and ensures accurate completion of daily reports.· Oversees all slot maintenance special projects to ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and internal controls, as well as PA Gaming Control Board rules and regulations.· Performs slot floor audits on a regular basis and updates slot machine configurations in the SDS system.· Creates requests for and obtains necessary approval documents for slot machine changes, relocations, and installations.· Notifies Slot Performance Manager of pertinent issues, as needed.· Maintains slot floor security by notifying department management of any suspicious activity.· Maintains working knowledge of all local jurisdictional gaming laws (federal, state, and local) and attendant regulations as well as company internal controls.· Maintains a working knowledge of all games in order to perform repairs and/or preventative maintenance.Complimentary privileges within prescribed limits in accordance with the approved comp matrix.**Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. College level training preferred. One to three years slot maintenance experience required. Electronics experience and/or degree preferred.
