| Job Description : | Position: Stage ManagerCompany: Area Stage CompanyRate: $500-$750/wkTHIS IS OUR YOUTH by Kenneth Lonergan, presented at Adrienne Arsht Center.Rehearsals: 3/21/22 – 4/14/22 (48 Hrs/Wk)Performances: 4/15/22-5/1/22RESPONSIBILITIESCreate production and rehearsal schedule and communicate changes to Company.Ensure day-to-day rehearsal needs are met.Set up rehearsal room prior to each rehearsal.Facilitate media use in rehearsal room.Circulate daily rehearsal report.Call breaks per Equity rules.Create prompt book.Oversee personnel assigned to production.Track deadlines and status on projects related to acquisition/fabrication of scenery, props, and costumes for the production.Enforce protocols ensuring the safety/security of venue.Lead production meetings.Create run sheetsLead technical rehearsals.Create call script with all lighting, sound, and transition cues.QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of professional SM experienceFamiliarity with Qlab and basic technical equipmentProficient with MS Office and Google Suite.
