Senior Designer
To be successful as a Senior Designer, you should be able to develop creative concepts that are insightful, relevant, innovative, and effective. Ultimately, an excellent Senior Designer is a creative powerhouse in the design and production of best-in-class solutions across different platforms.
Creative/Hands-on Work (80%)
Support the Associate Creative Director with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations
Take on appropriate projects and own them, start to finish
Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects
Share responsibility with planning to shape strategic branding
Be part of the leading team that makes The Source thrive: buzzing, happy, innovative, dedicated, and inspired.
Management (20%)
Work with art directors to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns
Work closely with your creative director, associate creative director and account executives to ensure that deadlines are met
Mentor Team Members and help them achieve agency creative standards
Work with Team Members to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns
Qualifications
5+ years’ agency/design experience
BA degree (Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred)
A proven track record of creative ability and judgment
Proven track record of commitment to go the extra mile in time and effort to produce the very best work
A portfolio of amazing work |
