The Slot Service Specialist position will consistently display an upbeat and positive attitude while maintaining an approachable appearance at all times.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the slot floor through maintaining slot machine operation and proper slot system functionalityPerform preventative maintenance on slot machines as assignedParticipate in slot projects as assignedParticipate in slot machine and system training as assignedAccurately and timely completion of administrative duties as assignedRespond to service calls, machine service lights, and slot dispatch calls in a timely mannerAdhere to all title 31 requirementsStock and load slot tickets as necessary or as assignedAccurately complete Gaming Intercept Process as requiredAccurately complete W2G documentation as requiredMaintain knowledge of State, Gaming and property specific guidelines as to acceptable forms of ID for property entry, jackpot payouts, and Cage transactionsStay abreast of, and be able to articulate, the specifics of all Marketing promotions and offersMaintain cleanliness and best demonstrated safety practices on the gaming floor specifically following all property and departmental SOP’sID Post support as necessary or requested by managementAdhere to all regulatory requirementsParticipate in all mandatory meetings whether departmental or property wideKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESAbility to communicate effectively with guests and all of the employees.Must obtain, hold, and maintain in good standing, a Colorado Support License.Ability to be at work on time as scheduled on a regular basis which include nights, weekends, and holidays.High School diploma or GED preferred.
