Our five-star offering has over 800 hotel rooms, 35,000 square feet of meeting space, 19 distinct food & beverage offerings, state of the art concert stage where we will host over 100 outdoor concerts a year, a pool deck that will accommodate over 5000 people for concerts, have over 6500 square feet of pool deck for relaxation, a day club in the center of our 6.5 acre piercing blue water feature surrounded by white sand.Wait, we also have a 130,000 sq foot indoor amusement park featuring Mattel themed attractions, 2 roller coasters, electric go-kart racing track, separate kids and teens club (ages 3 to 18), scuba school, 2,000 square foot luxury wedding chapel, recording/podcast studio, state of the art fitness center, retail and spa as well.SKILLS: · Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of seven (7) year’s comparable work experience in an entertainment-related industry with an emphasis in ticketing & box office management.· Expert knowledge of entertainment ticketing & pricing models..· Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, forward-thinker who acts with a sense of urgency and is on the pulse of trends within entertainment experiences.· Knowledge of ticketing systems like AXS, ticketmaster, Eventbrite, stubhub, etc.· Proven track record of developing and launching ticketing with brokers and 3rd party resellers.· Excellent business communication skills both verbally and in writing; ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, analytics reports and legal documents.· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executive management, groups of managers, employees, staff and customers; Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office software.· Ability to build and maintain successful business relationships throughout the department and the company, as well as with external vendors.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities.· Previous theatrical exhibition, cruise, hotel/resort, casino, or theme park experience, preferred.MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited to the following: We work Hard, play hard, and have FUN!Key Job ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Director of Entertainment & Resort Activities, the Senior Entertainment Ticketing Manager is responsible to advance, deliver, and uphold the strategic vision and direction for the White Sands LLC entertainment experience.Works closely with the department in the planning, development, and execution of future entertainment & activation ticketing for the property..Provides leadership, direction, guidance and development for operations teams and ensures performance standards are met and exceptional guest experience is delivered in alignment with our brand.Ensures the highest level of entertainment staff is sourced and developed to ensure our guests receive an elevated, accessible experience.Demonstrates an extensive understanding of what’s new in the entertainment industry to help create elevated programming that aligns with our brand. These experiences will (a) incorporate the creation of a compelling atmosphere, (b) drive regular visitation through recurring social and shareable experiences, and (c) generate incremental revenue through a series of highly visible one-off events.Designs and manages an annual national entertainment calendar, encompassing sports viewing events, community events, interactive entertainment, seasonal programming concepts and themes and other exciting events that drive guest visitation and sales.Forecasts and oversees the management of operating budgets.Builds an active partnership with all departments in development, including the creation of detailed guides and playbooks directing facility set up and operation for all programming events.Leads conceptualization, development and execution of innovative entertainment experiences and activities including potential partnerships that keep our brand new and exciting while driving guest satisfaction and then sources, manages, schedules and develops top-level entertainment content.Partners with Marketing, Special Events, Food & Beverage, IT, Amusements, Purchasing, Operations and other departments to develop and execute entertainment experiences and to support campaigns and sales initiatives across the organization.Sets standards, auditing tools and procedures to ensure highest level of guest satisfaction to meet and exceed ratings benchmarks. Reviews and audits in-store entertainment experiences and programs, offering guidance to ensure an elevated guest experience is offered and brand standards are being met. Evaluates program effectiveness and ensures successful programming and continuous improvement in ratings by monitoring guest feedback and customer demographics, preparing and analyzing event recaps, space utilization and revenue tracking reports for all programming and promotions, and generating action plan follow ups.Performs other duties as requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: From $70,000.00 per yearSchedule:Weekend availabilityWork Location: One location
