Position Summary:
The Senior Coordinator, Digital Programming will join the team responsible for showcasing the depth and breadth of our content offering, aimed at engaging in-trial users and subscribers through the creative packaging and presentation of a wide variety of content across the SiriusXM and Pandora apps. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in merchandising audio & video content on digital platforms and possess a high attention to detail for work with identifying, organizing and tracking information around opportunities for in-app promotion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee identifying and tracking of fluid programming details, critical to executing content promotions in a deadline-driven environment, across multiple apps.
Responsible for identifying opportunities and executing in-app promotions to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Serve as the main liaison, driving ongoing efforts to enhance the visual quality of promotions resulting in the most compelling presentation.
Responsible for maintenance & organization of content in CMS and digital assets in DAM system and overseeing opportunities for feature enhancements that improve process for the larger team.
Project manage deadline-driven promotional campaigns from concept to fruition, ensuring timely execution and cross-collaboration for highest level exposure and an optimal showcase.
Conduct regular data-analysis of larger content promotion campaigns and organize the data to help guide future decisions with content promotions.
Track programming details critical to executing in-app content promotions across our apps.
Key facilitator for identifying opportunities and executing in-app promotions in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Support ongoing effort to enhance the visual quality of promotions for an optimized showcase.
Aide in maintaining organization of content in CMS and digital assets in DAM system.
Collaborate with various departments to allow shared visibility and opportunities for leveraging work across various promotion channels.
Perform daily QA of user experience to ensure high quality content output.
Complete data analysis of metadata for assets including; photos, logos, audio files, etc.
Conduct beta testing for new versions of web and mobile applications.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
Experience with metadata and content management systems.
Knowledge of current audio entertainment and streaming video, including podcasts.
Requirements and General Skills:
High attention to detail and quality
Adept in information gathering and organizing
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and computer/technological skills
Experience with base-level photo editing and/or graphic design
Knowledge of basic organizational, descriptive, structural metadata standards and best-practices
Flexibility to support occasional off-business hours including some weekends required
Awareness of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) practices
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities
Self-motivated and proactive
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
Experience with Content Management Systems and information organization.
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Experience with photo files and understanding of basic-level graphic design.
