|Job Description :||The role of the Tour Guide is to effectively communicate information about Dodger Stadium and Dodger History in an entertaining and informative manner.
Conduct Dodger Stadium tours
Welcome each visitor in a courteous manner as they begin their tour
Escort groups through the stadium
Ensure the safety of all visitors
Assist with special requests/ duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Must be available for home games during the 2020 regular season
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Minimum two years related work experience and/or training in customer service
Public speaking/theatrical performance experience preferred
Ability to become knowledgeable on all aspects of Dodger Stadium and club history
Provide exceptional customer service to stadium visitors
Possess the ability to conduct all interactions in a professional manner
Ability to consistently demonstrate a positive and team-oriented attitude
Must be comfortable speaking to a large and diverse audience
Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times
Possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Ability to be flexible with schedule and daily assignments including weekends, holidays and evenings
Able to stand or walk long distances for extended periods of time
General knowledge of baseball is a plus
Bilingual – Spanish, Korean, Japanese a plus
