The Apple TV+ IS&T team is in charge of the technology strategy, delivery, and sustainment of IT systems used to enable Apple TV+ Studio and Production operations. We ensure technology and business strategy remain tightly aligned through multi-functional partnership, knowledge of industry trends, and familiarity with the Apple corporate systems landscape. We work closely with leadership, business stakeholders, engineers, vendors, information security, and others to deliver a technology ecosystem that meets the demands we have of a high growth organization. As Production Technology Systems Administrator you will be responsible for the management systems and software for Apple TV+ original productions. This role is responsible for the troubleshooting and maintenance and enhancement of our core systems used during the content creation process. A solid knowledge of tools used in media and entertainment in addition to cloud based tools coupled with project management knowledge will ensure your success. Key Qualifications Experience managing infrastructure used in a media and entertainment environment Experience deploying and maintaining cloud environments such as AWS or GCP Experience troubleshooting network infrastructure Experience using models and metrics to plan out new environments Experience with IdMS and SSO Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills Effectively coordinates work and communication across disparate groups of individuals Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities Excellent written and oral communication skills Description Maintain responsibility for the Production Technology software infrastructure Keep all environments up to date and in compliance with security standards Perform integrations into SSO Troubleshoot issues with existing environments Onboard and offboard new infrastructure Maintain cloud environments Maintain close relationships with the Apple TV+ physical production and other IS&T departments Develop and maintain a working knowledge of trends and best practices within Apple Education & Experience 5+ Years supporting Production Technology Infrastructure in a Media & Entertainment Environment Additional Requirements |
