Our team works with high level clients, in event locations all over the U.S. This position proves to be a great stepping stone for a career in event, content, or experiential production! Hires will have the opportunity to meet and work with influential players in the industry during their employment period.Production Assistants (PA) work with one or many departments to prepare, distribute, setup, maintain and breakdown equipment or assist in the organization or administration of a production. PAs work in teams and follow the direction of their designated Coordinator for daily responsibilities and scheduling. PAs are responsible for organizing all on-site inventory, to and from vendors, when in transit, or when returned, if applicable. All hires must meet the production standards set by Our People Entertainment, sponsors, and on-site Producers.Production Assistants are expected to work 8 – 15 hours per day on average.COMPENSATIONOur People will hire Production Assistants as Independent Contractors between $12 – $20/hour. Compensation will be determined based on project details and location.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPre-Production meeting support & trainingSetup, maintenance, and breakdown of experiencesAdministrative and organization assistanceEfficiently completing job assignments based on production schedule timeframesKeep transparency and fluid communication with Coordinator in regards to production progress and issuesAssist in resolving needs and potential issues of dedicated departmentInventory tracking, organizationSupport staff with hospitality assistanceQUALIFICATIONS18 years of age or olderAuthorized to work in the U.S.Ability to transport oneself to work location up to an hour outside of Center City Philadelphia (recommended)Able to lift and transport 50 lbs or moreWilling and able to work long hours in outdoor settingsFollows directions well and is willing to do what it takes to get the job doneDemonstrated excellence in verbal communication with colleagues and managementA self-starter who is willing to help and support colleaguesJob Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $12.00 – $20.00 per hourSchedule:On callCOVID-19 considerations:Must be VaccinatedWork Location: Multiple Locations |
