| Job Description : | Our client, a digital entertainment firm with partnerships with Disney and Marvel, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This is an exciting role as you will get to travel with the CEO (primarily to New York) on a monthly basis. As the Executive Assistant you will assist with calendar management, expense report reconciliation and other support functions. We are looking for someone who has an excellent command of the English language as the CEO primarily speaks Mandarin. You will assist with helping to write business reports, letters and correspondence. As the Executive Assistant you will be involved in many facets of the organization so someone who is eager to learn is ideal. The primary work hours are 9-6. When you are not traveling, you may primarily work from home, but we do want someone who is local to LA to come into the office for occasional meetings. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of administrative support experience.
