Position Summary Supervises birthday parties and events for kids between the ages of one and eleven. Works alongside other Kids team members to provide a welcoming, entertaining and safe environment for our Life Time Junior Members and their guests. Oversees a variety of age-appropriate, fitness-based activities. Job Duties and Responsibilities Supervises and assists team members with restocking, cleaning and setting up party and event spaces. Coordinates with other departments and outside vendors to ensure parties and events run smoothly. Ensures quality experience and engagement for members and children via supportive supervision of party hosts Greets, acknowledges and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner Facilitates organized activities and ensures children are active, interested, and safe throughout the party Position Requirements First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire Ability to communicate and organize effectively Ability to sell and promote programs and services Preferred Requirements 6+ months of experience working with children Life Time is a place for everyone.
