Job Description : A busy Hollywood-based entertainment-advertising agency is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist with demonstrated history of working in a creative environment. This individual would be a critical member of the Human Resources department, reporting to the Director of HR. The role supports employees helping them feel comfortable, valued and integral to the creative agency. (This position is primarily remote.)Responsibilities include:Support and help further develop HR initiatives for the benefit and growth of the company.Maintain strong employee relations.Guide employees in filling out paperwork and understanding company policies and benefits.Support in the talent acquisition process. Help recruit employees and assist in new hire orientation. Coordinate with department leads in IT and Facilities for a smooth on-boarding process.Generate ideas to find best talent in a highly competitive entertainment creative industry.Help review and implement policies. Enforce management guidelines by preparing and updating human resource policies and procedures. Help assure compliance with policies and legal requirements.Support in generating new ideas to add to a great company culture, maintain strong employee morale and retention. This may include continuing education, health and wellness, training managers, employee career growth, etc, Help initiate and coordinate employee events.Perform administrative duties. Retain employee records.
