As a member you will drive meaningful interactions with prospective guests, which lead to brand awareness, promotional coupon distribution and ticket sales/admissions.Distribute promotional couponsEscort Sharky mascot throughout venue and eventsPerform as Sharky mascot throughout venue and events to increase guest engagement and provide memorable experiencesApproach a variety of mall guests engaging in natural conversations with the goal of developing brand awareness and drive visitation to the aquariumBe a SEA LIFE Mall of America ambassadorDevelop and maintain a working knowledge of the SEA LIFE Mall of America site and offeringsProvide accurate tracking of coupon distribution, offer tracking, and relay feedback from interactionsProactively provide ideas and suggestions for distribution outlets on an ongoing basisAssist with other Operations tasks as assignedResponsibility to ensure compliance of Health, Safety & Security within the workplaceAbout YouExcellent communication skillsCharismatic and outgoing personalityWorks exceptionally well with others- proven success in a team environmentStand and remain mobile for extended periods of timeMaintain charming and lighthearted attitude and high level of energy during duration of promotional periodFlexible work schedule: 12-29 hours per week.
