The general public can access the Paley Archive – including special African-American, Hispanic, LGBT, Women’s and Music collections – and participate in programs that explore and celebrate the creativity, the innovations, the personalities, and the leaders who are shaping media. For more information, please visit paleycenter.org. Scope The Paley Center for Media is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Guest Services Associates to join the Guest Services team. Guest Service Associates play a critical role in creating a welcoming, safe, positive, friendly, and meaningful experience for all guests. This position is for special events, public programs, festivals and galas that are held at various times and venues in Los Angeles throughout the year and is scheduled on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate for this position is energetic with excellent communication and customer service skills. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules is required.
