Dates, stamps, sorts and racks incoming mail and messages.
Blocks and dispenses rooms for arriving guests.
Maintains bank in accordance with established company and departmental policies and procedures.
Is familiar with property, services and events; answers questions and provides information as requested by guests.
Completes special assignments as requested.
The ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to perform job.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous hotel experience preferred.
