|Job Description :||Calling all customer-oriented individuals who are passionate in assisting with delivering a once in a lifetime experiences to our guest.The VIP Services Coordinator will assist the Casino Team by communicating with casino clientele over the phone in order to respond and act on guest requests as well as product and resort inquires. For example tasks such as; customer room reservations, dining arrangements, limo request other exciting amenities.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all incoming and outbound phone callsAssists guests with booking air, room, dinner, property amenities and limo reservations.Held accountable to the highest degree for the accuracy and thoroughness of department reports, reservations, invitations, data entry, etc.Will evaluate customer’s casino activity to determine complimentary services such as hotel rooms, food and beverage and special events.Must understand and stay within company defined customer profitability guidelines and comprehend how complimentary decisions will impact the profitabilityManages suite inventory matrix on a daily basisAssists in booking private air transportation as neededCommunicates both orally and in writing to current, new and past patrons; answers questions, extends invitations, manages special requests of patrons and resolves any related disputes, as necessaryCoordinates travel arrangements including flights, hotels and transportation for marketing staff, as neededProvides administrative support to the Casino Marketing DivisionInventory control of office supplies, collateral, marketing materials, etc.Assists in coding for the Player Development staffEnsure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies and procedures.Position Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power pointHighly organized with excellent attention to detail and a great sense of urgencyAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environmentWorks with a high degree of accuracyKnows how to set deadlines and adheres to themExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent communication and telephone etiquette skills requiredExperience with LMS, ACSC, ARTS, KCRS, and Faxination preferredMust possess outstanding customer service skills and have the desire to provide our guests with an exceptional casino and entertainment experienceMust process effective decision making and social skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $14.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location|
