||Position: Graphic Designer
Department: Marketing/Creative Services
Reporting Relationship: Reports to Senior Graphic Designer
Status: Full-time (Exempt) position
Tepper Sports & Entertainment is hiring a talented Graphic Designer with experience producing graphics for print and digital publications. The ideal candidate should have a strong design-forward skill set to create innovative design, branding and content with knowledge and insight for how graphic design can elevate revenue generating campaigns and sales opportunities.
Produce and design content for revenue driving campaigns, presentations and other projects for sponsorship, marketing, ticketing and other departments within the organization
Work within the brand standards of Tepper Sports & Entertainment subsidiaries to create layouts that reinforce brand style and voice across various visual touchpoints
Generate clear ideas, concepts and design of creative assets from beginning to end
Partner internally to optimize creative campaign effectiveness, experimentation results, and collaborate to iterate and improve creative based on data
Constantly develop skills and explore new creative techniques
Communicate creative ideas within a collaborative environment
Assist with organizing and adding to a brand asset management system
Other duties as assigned
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is required
At least 3 years of experience creating various types of media including digital and print
Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe’s Creative Suite
Strong understanding of layout (i.e. typography, balance, scale) and other design fundamentals and techniques
Experienced in taking creative ideas and translating them to visual presentations
Deep understanding of digital advertising across all paid social platforms and display networks. Inspire new ways of creative thinking and explore the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design
A fascination with innovation and a solid understanding of new creative trends
Technically knowledgeable and savvy in a digital environment; Apple environment
Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Tepper Sports & Entertainment events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays
Must pass pre-employment screens.
Experience in creating compelling sales pitch presentations
Experience developing campaign ads on multiple platforms (run-of-site ads, emails, etc.)
Knowledge of and/or prior work in sports business sector
Extensive knowledge on creating print-ready materials for marketing and ticketing purposes
Advanced knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
Relationship builder who is willing to support
Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task and collaborate
Being willing to provide and receive quality-related feedback
Exhibits professionalism while consistently deliver projects on time through completion
Must organize personal workflows so projects are easily shared between teammates
Must exhibit professionalism when interacting with staff, members of the media, and players/coaches
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information with carefully and with sensitivity.

This job operates in a professional office environment (mostly office environment, outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions) and remotely as assigned by the manager and based on current business needs.
