Job Summary This position reports into the Creative Services Team which is part of the Comcast West Division External Affairs Team. The Creative Services Team is an award-winning team of 6+ professionals responsible for the creation and execution of videos, graphic design, websites and digital platforms, and live virtual events. The role is responsible for thinking creatively to produce high quality graphic designs in a wide variety of project areas, including print and digital creations. This role also produces visual solutions to meet the communication needs of internal clients, using a mix of creative skills and brand awareness. Ensures efficient workflow process of designs. Job Description Core Responsibilities Serves as project lead on graphic design projects as assigned by manager. Projects include: Branding, Infographics, Press Ads, Digital Ads, Flyer/Brochure, Multi-page Booklet, Large Format, Social Media, Video Graphic Packages, and website design Ensures a full understanding of the creative objectives and needs of internal clients Maintains quality, consistency, and brand guidelines of all projects Implements solutions with good artistry that can be easily redirected by senior staff Demonstrates advanced proficiency in and working knowledge of relevant professional concepts and related processes Consistent exercise of independent judgement and discretion in matters of significance Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements Adobe Creative Suite proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and In Design, After Effects a plus Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Word & Power Point Knowledge of WordPress website design software Bachelor’s Degree & 5 – 10yrs of experience preferred Employees at all levels are expected to: Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.
