Currently, we are in search of a new General Manager to join our team!The GM works as one of the culture leaders in the park, ensuring the team has the knowledge and resources needed to maintain focus on the company cores values: Make it Fun, Keep it Safe. This position oversees all Manager on Duty and day-to-day operational functions as well as manages all programs, promotions and business development activities. This includes developing and implementing processes, ensuring a safe and functional operating environment for the team and guests, and consistently working to improve the delivery of awesome guest experiences and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Safety and cleanlinessDriving sales and KPIOverseeing performance of the team.Leading the team to meet and exceed goals while taking responsibility for outcomes.Ensuring the best customer service in the city.Upholding company and industry safety and sanitation standards.Motivating the team to meet company goals and promote a culture of positivity.Managing park P&Ls to ensure park’s profitability and efficiency.Places an emphasis on positive guest experiences in order to ensure positive traffic year-over-year.Enforce park rules to uphold a safe, family-friendly environment.Oversee the operations of the park including cash and sales control, party management and set-up, inventory management and park opening/closing procedures.Accountable for everything that transpires in the park, including but not limited to sales, safety, cleanliness and any injuries or incidents that may occur at park.Report bad news immediately.
