| Job Description : | Mid America Lodging Group is a leader in the hotel industry with many hotels throughout Michigan and seeking driven and talented individuals looking to be a part of success and longevity.We are in search of a GM for our Hampton Inn & Suites centrally located on Van Dyke Ave in the heart of Sterling Heights and surrounded by many shops, dining and entertainment. This property is a limited service, 76 room hotel with about 16 employees.The GM is responsible for ensuring that all departments are adequately staffed and running efficiently per the brand standards as well as the company’s requirements. The leader handles staffing needs, inventory, billing, AR accts, scheduling, rate structures, brand communication and customer care.This role requires a 6 day work week, 9 hours daily, one weekend off per month with healthcare, vacation, and commission on revenue increases year over year.GM certifications with IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Choice, and Wyndham will allow for a higher starting annual salary.
