A new game is planned to launch this summer.Job OverviewOur Game Hosts are the heart of Trivium — they make guests feel welcome, prepare them for their adventure, monitor and support their gameplay, and ensure that everyone has a positive experience. Whether it’s a group of adults, children, colleagues, or family members, they must provide superior customer service. Our Game Hosts also help with light maintenance, perform basic administrative tasks (printing, inventory, answering phones and email, etc.), handle point-of-sale transactions, and monitor equipment. Our game hosts are responsible for opening and closing our facility and ensuring that everything is locked and powered down in the evenings, and properly set up and functioning in the mornings. If anything is amiss, they will troubleshoot the problem or report to owners.Work EnvironmentWorking at Trivium means being part of a small and close-knit group of dedicated and passionate individuals. Much of the job requires interfacing with guests while often being the only person on site (connected remotely to other staff and owners).
