| Job Description : | JOB TITLE: Front Desk Associate REPORTS TO: Front Desk Supervisors & Front Office Manager QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year hotel experience, preferably in a four or five-diamond setting * High school diploma or equivalent * Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.JOB DESCRIPTION: The Front Desk Associate promptly greets and registers guests, assigns rooms, issues keys, and checks out guests. In addition to these primary duties, he/she makes room reservations, answers guest inquiries, provides local dining and entertainment recommendations. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Detail oriented with organizational skills * Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, correspondence and memos * Ability to provide highest level of customer service * Maintain professional appearance * Must be people-oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed * Ability to anticipate our guest’s needs * Ensure prompt, friendly and personalized service * Accurately conducts and balances all cash handling and credit card processing activities * Attend monthly staff meetings and training as required * Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management * Understand and be fully versed on hotel standards, procedures and guest confidentiality.The Restoration offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, disability, life and AD&D insurance.
