We’re looking for a part-time freelance graphic designer who’s passionate about creating eye-catching and thumb-stopping designs that will inspire and motivate millions of people around the world.

You’ll be responsible for…

Creating compelling marketing collateral to promote our brand, products and services across digital, social, and print touch points
Provide support as needed for Mel Robbins marketing needs; these include social media graphics, worksheets/workbooks, print and digital advertising, Giphys/digital stickers, email marketing campaigns, promotional collateral, and other general graphic requests
Uphold (and refine) established creative standards and brand consistency across all projects
Able to contribute and brainstorm ideas and concepts for a variety of projects

You’re the ideal candidate for this position if you are…

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
1-2 years of relevant experience
Available 20-25 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
Have the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Forensic attention to detail
Are reliable and resourceful and know how to manage your time so deadlines (occasionally with tight turnarounds) are met
Have a strong background in branding, typography and designing collateral across digital, social media and print
Possess high EQ and strong interpersonal skills; a team player, a positive go-getter and all-around good person
While the position is largely remote, we are giving preference to candidates based within the Boston-metropolitan area for in-person support opportunities
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is preferred
HTML/CSS experience is a plus
