ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for guiding and teaching fly fishing, fly tying, and fly casting to guests at a Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond resort.
Responsible for assisting resort guests with the daily operations of the fly fishing guide service.
Candidate must be able to communicate well with guests in addition to associates and other members of management.
Explaining the basic aspects of fly fishing to resort guests.
Providing instruction to resort guests in order to facilitate the understanding of techniques for fly tying and fly rod casting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Ability to maintain appropriate grooming standards according to organizational policy.
Previous fly fishing guide experience is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and PA fishing license required.
