Job Description : Overview:

This position pays $17/hr

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Currently seeking a Supervisor of PEANUTS production and shows. Responsible for the supervision of all PEANUTS show personnel within the Entertainment Department, oversees the operation of meet/greet characters as well as any productions involving costumed characters. Assists with hiring, training, stage direction, scheduling, and production management, as well as the rehearsal process, and daily operation of live PEANUTS shows. Also manages coordination of character appearances for special events.

How You’ll Make A Difference:

Assists in the set-up and participates in special events, auditions, and interviews throughout the season.
Evaluates all line associates, performers, and technical crew within assigned facility or area.
Submits weekly payroll for entire facility or area to which you are assigned. Attends weekly or otherwise assigned meetings with entire staff.
Submits a daily report to the department supervisor concerning all events, issues, and potential issues within the facility or area.
Maintains inventory of all equipment and monitors location throughout facility or area
Supervises daily safety, maintenance, and sound reports. Monitors performer physical and vocal warm-ups for safety violations and injury prevention. Coordinates proper documentation of all safety violations, concerns, and injuries with First Aid.
Supervises line associates, performers, and technical crew throughout the season; Schedules the line associates, performers, and technical crew throughout the season.
Prepares and sets up individual facilities and areas for the rehearsal process and the operating season.
Communicates and coordinates essential information to local and out-of-state associates prior to the first day of employment.
Acts as an aid to the directors, producers, and designers during the rehearsal process of the show or area. Assists Department Supervisor with the maintenance of performance and technical quality throughout the season..
Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.

We’re Looking For:

Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
Ability to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
