| Job Description : | POSITION SUMMARY: Providing guests with an exceptional experience by being the main point of contact during their visit; providing recommendations, walking them through the ins and outs and assisting with all aspects of entertainment needs as they arise ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Be an ambassador of fun 15% Escorting guests to their lane or dining tables while explaining safety rules 20% Solving challenges for guests with entertainment pieces 15 % Support daily bowling operations (vector, pin chasing, etc,) 10% Support daily arcade operations (prize counter, stocking, etc,) 10% Assist guests with taking food and beverage orders 15% Working in a fast paced environment to service guests in a professional, helpful and friendly manner 15% ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma Experience: 0-2 years experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY: Team Player Friendly Demeanor Great Communication Skills Ability to lift 50 pounds TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: N/A Bass Pro Shops is an equal opportunity employer.
