This person will supervise employees, training, safety, and operations. This individual must practice the servant leader management style by treating all employees and fellow leaders with respect and support.Position Requirements and Perks3 Years of leadership experience or family entertainment industry experienceAbility to work in a fun environment and with limited supervisionMaintain a neat, clean, organized, and fun departmentPossess excellent planning, organizational, and implementation skillsPerform duties as assigned by the Managing PartnerAbility to interact with guests in a friendly, fun, and courteous wayExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and computer skillsWell-groomed and neat appearance2 weeks of PTO after one year of employment (can use 1 week after 6 months of employment) for employees who average at least 32 hours of work per week for each anniversary dateMedical, dental, and vision insurance for employees who average at least 30 hours of work per week for 90 daysBonus opportunitiesDiscounts for immediate family members on meals and game playThis is an hourly position with varying hours.
