Director of Engineering Media & Entertainment – West The Media & Entertainment (M&E) Director of Engineering is responsible for technical leadership and management of the West Region M&E Engineering team and they will be the direct supervisor and take full ownership of this team. They will provide oversight for ongoing projects and be an advocate for the M&E engineering practice within the larger Diversified organization. This position will report directly to VP Technical Operations, West. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Engagement across projects to maintain awareness. o Project kick-offs and design reviews attendance. Assist Tech-Ops to manage engineering resources across projects. o Assist in making the best initial project assignments. Staff development o Guiding training Work with other engineers on Engineering Process Development o Attend development meetings Pre-Sales Support o Assist Sales in client education (thought leadership). Assist Estimations o Evaluate required resources Solutions Architect o Continue to act as the Solutions Architect for key strategic accounts But wait, there’s more!
