Job Description : ABOUT URBAN AIR ADVENTURE PARKS: Urban Air Adventure Parks is the nation’s fastest-growing indoor family theme park franchise. Urban Air’s award-winning business serves customers across the United States.About the Role: The Director of Attractions will play a lead role in the sourcing and procurement of our park attractions and amusements. In addition, this individual will lead the design and implementation of a best-in-class parts replenishment program.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with our development team and manufacturing partners to source attractions for new parks; ensuring that our financial, quality, and lead-time objectives are met with every new park opening.Collaborating with our manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing and construction partners to drive execution from design through installation.Building and utilizing production planning and logistics models to effectively execute all new park openings. This includes contingency planning models.Closely managing partnerships with key manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics partners. This includes proactive planning, budgeting, vendor performance, and quality assurance.Developing and implementing a best-in-class parts replenishment program that ensures lead-time and fill rate improvement while optimizing costs and inventory.Driving collaboration with key partners to create an e-commerce ordering interface that provides a great customer experience from order inquiry to delivery.Developing and driving key partnerships in attractions, amusements, logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment. This includes, but not limited to vendor selection, negotiations, contracting, and complete program implementation and management.Working closely with internal and external partners in providing timely repair, maintenance, and technical assistance to parks.Support amusement, vending, and arcade programs. This includes strategy development and implementation, partnership management, and driving overall results.Managing and driving our Attraction, Amusements, and Parts Replenishment KPIs.Leading and participating on Cross-Functional Teams and Sub-Committees that develop and drive various strategic initiatives, adding value to the brand.Other duties as assigned* Urban Air reserves the right to change job descriptions at any time based on business conditions/need, which includes expanding this job’s responsibilities and assigning additional duties consistent with the position’s purpose. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform required job duties and functions.Qualifications: 5+ years progressive Supply Chain and Operations Support experience in the Theme Park, Amusement industry, Family Entertainment Center or similar industry.Proven track record in Supply Chain Management.
