Our client, an entertainment company, is seeking a Digital Designer to join the Marketing team. OnwardSearch is seeking individuals with the following skills and experience to fill the role, but always seek a mix of passion and experience,
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Digital Creative Lead, series Creative Directors, ad agencies, and media teams to drive the growth of the streaming business.
Produce top-quality work on very tight deadlines
Create work under minimal supervision, as well as package and present solutions to the wider creative / management team
Develop and execute digital marketing designs, bringing an advanced understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across platforms and audiences
Create and implement ideas for a variety of platforms and use cases and can rapidly prototype those ideas across devices, experiences, and scenarios
Musts:
4+ years relevant design experience with a strong history in the digital advertising/performance marketing space
Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in delivering strong creative assets across display, programmatic, and social media
Strong command of visual and communication design principles
Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
Passionate about graphic design, typography, photography, and illustration
Clear and concise communicator displaying strong organization, teamwork, and leadership skills
Working knowledge of digital and media best practices
Strong understanding of media testing strategies and capabilities
A creative thinker and problem solver who can work independently or collaboratively
Demonstrates curiosity; keeps up with the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies, and resources
Able to react quickly to data results and changing market trends to develop new creative strategies
Has a deep understanding of the digital space and can act as an internal point of digital consultation
Prepared to speak up against processes that aren’t working and help find solutions
Passionate about digital marketing, with an eye for detail and a blend of creative and technical production skills.
