The selected candidate for this newly created role is someone with genuine interest having a career path in Client Engagement / Project & Account Management. They will report directly to Director of Creative Production and Client Services’, but also daily communicate with other Senior Managers.We’re looking for a driven, dedicated and goal-oriented individual with creative account management experience. A high energy, tech savvy, friendly ‘can do’ team player with strong project administrative & operations skills. The ideal candidate has solid experience supporting a lean, fast-moving team across digital projects, is a strong communicator, and has impeccable time management skills.Responsibilities: Manage Account/Client LogisticsDevelop and execute project scopes in the determined timeline within budgets for web, design and AR/VR contentContribute to the strategic vision and have ownership of the project’s delivery qualityInitiate client/contractor paperwork (including NDAs, requests for new contracts, new client paperwork, advance requests, etc.) and manage billing schedulesCreate and manage production schedules that are appropriate and feasible for the studio workload (including sprint planning and sprint grooming)Act as Liaison between Client and Internal TeamsRun daily/weekly reviews with client and internal decision-makers for an efficient feedback loopManage client communication tools like the Product Review DocumentDetermine a project’s risk on an ongoing basis and escalate issues as neededMonitor out-of-scope requests and initiate additional estimates and approvalsManage and collaborate with quality contractors who can elevate the workCollaborate with project management, legal, talent, video, animation, production, music, video teams on all steps of productionProvide clear communication of project statuses to internal teams and any third-party contractorsCreate an Atmosphere for Creative ExplorationBring creative solutions to the table and work to cultivate an innovative, supportive and high-functioning creative teamFoster communication, creative expression and a family-focused work environmentBasic Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a creative agency, advertising agency, or production companyUnderstanding of 2D/3D art production and/or Unity/Unreal developmentHighly organized, self-motivated, glass-half-full type personStrong work ethic and ability to function in a fast-paced environmentAbility to juggle multiple projects and initiativesPluses: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)Familiar with Jira and/or Scrum processesGame studio or big agency experienceOnline portfolio – such as a website, blog, or online albumShipped an AAA game or high-profile emerging tech appsTakes your dog (or pet in general really) to any coffee house for a Pup CupLoves Keanu Reevesbully! fosters a work environment that is inclusive as well as diverse, where individual differences are appreciated, respected and responded to in ways that fully develop and utilize each person’s talents and strengths.
