Job Description : General Summary of Job DutiesCount Team assists on all facets of hard, soft and kiosk drops and the transportation of funds to the count room. Participates in the counting of funds from hard, soft, and kiosk game drops. Completes and checks all associated paperwork and adhere to all ICMP and Gaming Regulations.Essential Job Responsibilities and DutiesMaintain a high quality of guest service according to Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. Mission Statement and F.A.S.T. Track Values Statement.Casino set up-Participate in the preparation for the casino drop.Coin drop-Participate in collecting coin form each machine and transport funds to the count room.BV drop-Participate in the removal of BV cans from each machine transport funds to the count room.Hard count-Participate in weighing each coin bucket and enter into the accounting system, wrap or bag all coin, make sure totals balance and transport funds to cage.BV count-Participate in opening each BV, count and strap currency, check all paperwork, verify funds balance to totals, turn funds over to cashier.Kiosk count-Participate in opening each BV, count and strap currency and tickets, prepare all paperwork, verify funds balance to totals, turn funds over to cashier.Responsible for checking out keys from key watcher to each count room function.Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.Maintain an open line of communication with Management.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Employees, and Vendors.Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.Regular attendance and arriving on time to all scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.Other duties as assigned.General Job Responsibilities and DutiesTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following F.A.S.T.
