The Box Office Supervisor will help support the Sales Team Associates. The Sales team serves as the primary contact for single tickets, season tickets, memberships, donations, and educational programs. Schedule will be nights/weekends including some weekend mornings.RESPONSIBILITIES: Help the Ticketing Manager support the Sales Team AssociatesServe as the lead for all Alliance Theatre performances as it relates to responsibilities generally completed by the box officeHandle patron escalations from the Sales TeamEnsure prompt responses from a Sales Team member for all email and phone inquiriesFulfill ticket requests from various avenues: internal requests via Formstack, Goldstar, Capture night RSVPs, Opening Night RSVPs, etc.Work TVY and Class CheckIn when stages are darkAttend various meetings including but not limited toMarketing/Sales meetings,Calendar meetings,Education sales meetingsBe present and lead any last-minute ticket sales/box office request for all Coca-Cola Stage and Hertz Stage show calls. This includes accommodating and managing requests that may occur due to a show hold, last minute seat changes, etc.Address call center & walkup ticket sales during set hours.Support the Ticketing Manager and Director of Sales in ongoing event management as it relates to the ticketing systemOther responsibilities as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years experience in Tessitura CRMProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)Ability to resolve conflicts with patience and professionalismAdapt to quickly changing policies, projects, and prioritiesAbility to work well independentlyExperience in a performing arts or entertainment venue preferredExcellent personal communication skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment and physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
