Job Description : Contract Attorney Sought. 6 month Project Basis / Full-time.We are a boutique music, film, television and international copyright law firm seeking a transactional associate to handle various music and film agreements, including music publishing matters.In addition to excellent analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail, the ideal candidate will maintain records, assist in preparation of music publishing matters, producer agreements, side-artist clearances, and general releases, copyright registrations, and research copyright and IP matters. The candidate will also be responsible for handling synchronization and master-use licensing agreements, worldwide.We prefer candidates with 3-5 years experience in entertainment, copyright, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate transactional practice.Required law school curriculum includes both copyright & trademark, and candidates must be California Admitted.
