| Job Description : | In this part-time role of Social Media Specialist / Videographer you will support some our top Real Estate Agents with their social media and videography needs. You will identify, develop, coordinate and update digital content for a variety of communication channels. You will create various forms of digital content, including writing, video scripting and production, photography and other multi-media content.Duties and ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:Maintain a social media presence with fresh and engaging content for various properties and agentsShoot and edit videos for our advertising and social mediaWrite, edit, update, maintain and remove digital content, as necessary.To be successful candidate should have the following experience.Digital content writing and SEO experienceVideo production and editing expertise (you will need your own equipment and software)Social media marketingExcellent writing, communication and organizational skillsAbility to articulate and communicate brand voice and messagingInternal communications experienceCreate visual storytelling that accurately inform, entertain and engage specific audiences and platforms, determined through the use of digital metrics.Minimum of five (5) years writing, editing, internet technologies, digital production and social media management experience, required.Real estate business experience preferred.Excellent written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.Experience in writing engaging content for campaigns for use across a number of channelsJob Type: Part-timePay: From $20.00 per hourCOVID-19 considerations:Royal Shell follows CDC recommendations.Application Question(s):What are your pay expectations?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:social media writing and content creation: 3 years (Preferred)video production and editing: 3 years (Preferred)Social media marketing: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations |
