Our collaborative efforts to explore, transform, and unite the human experience form our legacy as cultural change-makers.POSITION DESCRIPTIONOPE is offering professionals an opportunity to coordinate and oversee schedules, time tracking, site equipment, meals, and hospitality for on-site staff. The Production Coordinator is responsible for administering and collecting onboarding paperwork, and taking detailed notes as it pertains to the production schedule. Production Coordinators will be expected to manage runners and act as the point of contact for emergency communication and filing incident reports. The Production Coordinator must distribute all physical site collateral including production schedules, site maps, equipment lists, etc. to appropriate team leads. The Production Coordinator will need to coordinate labor meals, water, and operations supplies to ensure that there are sufficient quantities for all labor. This position acts as an on-site representation of Our People Entertainment and can answer questions from involved parties with a professional, inviting attitude. Travel may be required, contingent upon project location. All hires must meet the production standards set by Our People Entertainment, sponsors, and clients.COMPENSATION Our People Entertainment will hire Production Coordinators as Independent Contractors with a starting rate of $25/Hour or $250/Day. Compensation will be determined based on project details and contractor’s experience. Projects involving travel will offer per diem, lodging, and travel expenses.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSetting up on-site production office and site suppliesManaging meal schedules and ordering within dietary restrictionsManaging time tracking of all employees (union and non-union)Float accounting & receipt managementAdministering and ensuring all onboarding paperwork is completed on-siteAssisting site team and vendors with any immediate needsManaging runners for any one-off on-site needsPreparing paperwork for next day site affairsPoint of contact for incident reports and emergenciesTracking site equipment and managing sign in/out processQUALIFICATIONS 18 years of age or olderA valid Driver’s License and authorized to work in the U.S.Two years of on-site/set and hospitality experienceThorough verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsDetail oriented and quick decision makerHave a smartphone and a laptopA self-starter who is willing to help and support colleaguesUpbeat, energetic personalityJob Types: Part-time, ContractPay: From $25.00 per hourSchedule:On callCOVID-19 considerations:Must be Vaccinated to work with Our People EntertainmentWork Location: Multiple Locations |
