Rides employees are responsible for supervising, monitoring, repairing, and attending to park rides, including boarding, securing passengers, starting rides, and ensuring passengers exit safely. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with questions provide an engaging customer experience.
Assist with loading and unloading guests along with securing the passengers to the ride.
Maintain a friendly, Safety-conscious, and patient demeanor to all guests.
Monitor guests while they are on the attraction and ensure all rules are followed.
Other duties as assigned to support the park.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills, ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns
Strong communications skills. Complete understanding of the English language
Must have flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends
Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

Requires standing for long periods, ability to walk long distances within the park, and exposure to the variable outside and inside temperatures, including high heat. Must also be able to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing up to 30 pounds. Occasional bending, squatting and reaching above shoulders
