The XR Production Coordinator will have the unique opportunity to play a key role in helping to grow our production, broadcasting, and gaming business.
Job Summary:
Thunder Studios is seeking a XR Production Coordinator to work in our Broadcasting department providing support to the business aspect of XR productions by effectively interfacing with multiple clients to ensure a collaborative rapport and seamless bidding process.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Candidate will be the liaison between Head of Production and potential clients inquiring about Thunder’s XR Stage and services.
Will be required to filter client inquiries and identify real opportunities for Head of Production to become involved in bidding process.
Candidate will need to understand the XR production processes, technology, requirements and labor needs for project bidding.
Will be required to step in as an XR Technician when business demands.
Manages XR production calendar, responds to and sends out meeting requests, and ensures schedules are kept up-to-date and accurate at all times.
Responsible for sending daily and weekly schedules and communicating schedule changes
Audits XR client records, billing, and reports for discrepancies and reconciles issues as necessary.
Assists Broadcast Director and Head of Production in maintaining up-to-date information on the billing of projects to clients and vendors.
Act as a liaison with internal and external offices and departments.
Anticipates potential issues and elevates information appropriately to the Head of Production.
Manage special projects as required.
Provide support for other production duties as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Basic knowledge of production operations.
Flexible schedule (24/7/365) to accommodate production needs and equipment requests.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize and function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years related entertainment production experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to continually lift, push, and/or pull 50 pounds of product individually. Up to 150 pounds with assistance.
Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.

Job Type: Non-exempt. Full-time (Evenings/Weekends/Weekdays)
