Oversees the contracting process, and coordinates logistics of Individual Reservations for housing, ground travel, and air charters. Communicates with clients, operations, and sales daily to answer questions, provide updates, and work on any necessary changes. This individual must have a deep understanding of all travel services offered and be able to effectively negotiate and communicate with clients, vendors, sales, and operations alike, ensuring timely, accurate updates are provided in a competitive market. They must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task in order to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, fulfill customer satisfaction and drive optimal results. Additional traits include teamwork and enthusiastic participation in Road Rebel Culture.Client Communications· Communicate at a high level regarding all services and presented options.· Positive attitude and solution-oriented mentality are required.· Be proactive and help guide clients with our expertise.· Maintain client relationships, projects and deadlines, and assist in any conflict resolution.· Foster new relationships, repair damaged ones and follow up on client retention.· Attend off-site client and vendor functions, some of which may be after normal business hours.· Be an extension of our client’s production office by being on-call status at all times to ensure clients’ needs are met.· Exercise discretion and confidentiality with production/client information.· Be adaptable and flexible to constantly changing requirements dictated by client-driven or other factors, adhering to the SLA.Operational Proficiency· Understand all forms of service requests for Air, Housing and Ground Travel and be able to Contract such requests.· Have knowledge of all questions needed for each service in order to have the complete information to efficiently work an opportunity.· Review all final service options prior to sending to the client, by or before the deadline date, ensuring all options address client priorities, all details are accurate and provide appropriate guidance.· Resolve any issues that may derail meeting itinerary delivery dates.· Research best travel options in each city based on client needs for Individual Reservation requests and negotiate the lowest rates for accommodation, ground travel, and air charters.· Handle contracting needs for ops and clients.· Be prepared to advise the clients about the best options in each city and help educate/guide them to make the best decisions for the production.· Set realistic deadlines with production clients for completion of requests.· Have hotel brand specific knowledge and be able to recommend appropriate properties, particularly high-end Above-The-Line options.· Work with the Market Manager to achieve market goals, ensure workload is distributed properly, and receive assistance as needed.· Assist Accounting Department with collections on commission.· Assist clients and vendors with billing challenges.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOn callEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Work Location: One location
