Job Description : Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties· Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. Mission Statement and F.A.S.T. Track Values Statement.Coordinate, direct, and assist Table Game Supervisors in the evaluation of Table Game personnel (subordinates) in the areas of policies, procedures, and performance.Supervise and maintain the integrity of Table Game and promotions.Maintain daily communication with the Director and Manager of Table Games via written and verbal reports.Recommend revisions and/or addition to policies and procedures in order to improve Table Game operations.Monitor and direct all Supervisors, Dual Rates, and Dealer on related floor activities.Responsible of the accuracy of the card and dice inventory associated logs.Monitoring customer play for any unusual or suspicious variations of play, cheating, or scams.Complete performance evaluations for supervisory staff.Deliver disciplinary action and counseling’s to staff members.Oversee Customer Experience Initiative observations.Facilitate pre shift meetings.Supervises staff relationships with customers and fellow team members.Ensuring the safety and security of employees and customers.Responsible for assisting department trainer in facilitating training.Responsible for over-seeing currency transaction reporting as it arises.Attendance of mandatory meetings.Other duties as assigned.May perform functions of Table Games Staff as required.Directly manages Blackjack Supervisors and Dual Rate Supervisors.Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all Table Games personnel on their shifts.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies, procedures and applicable laws.Responsibilities include interviewing.
