Job Description :	Location: Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; Remote Job Terms: Temporary Salary: DOE + Benefits Start date: 02/14/2022 Posted By: Kallie Boruff Emanuel Date: 01/27/2022 Job Description: The Senior Motion Graphics Designer for the Content Marketing Department will work hand-in-hand with the Associate Creative Director to develop animated videos and motion graphics packages through ideation, execution, and delivery. This person should be highly organized, creative, conceptual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with Associate Creative Director and other members of the team to develop high-quality creative that elevates the Brand, sub-brands and LOBs Work cross-functionally with social, digital content, and video teams and other business partners to create compelling and engaging content Create animations and videos that expand the use of motion in the brand while adhering to established guidelines Develop organized, reusable assets and optimized templates for handoff to producers and editors Generate storyboards, style frames, and multiple design explorations as needed for conceptualizing and communicating ideas to collaborators and stakeholders Requirements and General Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience 5+ years of professional experience working in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop Mastery of design fundamentals including typography, layout, and color Illustration and animation skills a must Video editing (Premiere Pro) and 3D skills a plus Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) Ability to conceptualize and execute designs from a blank canvas Ability to take direction and constructive criticism Passion and knowledge of current design trends Open and collaborative communication style Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Media Encoder Client Description: Audio entertainment company leading a new era of audio entertainment by delivering the most compelling subscription and ad-supported audio experiences to millions of listeners – in the car, at home and on the go.
