| Job Description : | Responsibilities and duties: Create forms of social media content such as gifs, short-form videos, memes, etc. in all sizes and formats.Manage both the intake of raw files and the exporting of finished and adaptive creative to multiple cloud environments.Coordinate, plan and implement live social media events with talent.Monitor social media trends and make recommendations for ongoing strategies or opportunities.Manage (and/or coordinate the management of) publishing of social media content across social platforms,including real-time publishing (Live Tweeting, IG Lives, etc.)engaging with fans, talent, and brands.Reference analytical data about social media program performance and help monitor benchmarks for measuring the success and impact of social media programs and campaignsRequirements: 4+ years of experience working in social media and/or the creative content space.In-depth understanding and daily use of social media platforms (including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and Facebook).Experience in project management software like Asana and JiraThe manager is looking for candidates to have more experience with creating content.Familiar with the Adobe Suite of products (especially Photoshop and Premiere).A proven understanding of graphic design and video editing/production.Experience copywriting with an understanding of following a defined voice and tone.Strong organizational skills & interpersonal skillsAn innovative collaborator with a roll-up your sleeves mentalityA keen eye for visual storytelling through photo and video.Passion for social media and the pop culture entertainment landscape with a willingness to take chances and swing big.Resourceful and scrappy – capable of crafting compelling social assets with varying levels of source materials.Job Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: $28.00 – $30.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:social media platforms: 4 years (Required)creating content: 2 years (Required)Adobe Suite of products (Photoshop and Premiere): 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location |
