|Job Description :||Timms Harley-Davidson of Augusta is looking to add a Social Media & Events Manager to the team! We are looking for the right candidate to drive the FUN at our dealership. If you are outgoing, high energy, and have a passion for people and motorcycles, this is the job for you!Job Summary: Lead the development of the marketing strategy at the dealership level.Drive more customers to the dealership through promotions and events.Develop social media strategy to increase brand awareness.Communicate marketing plans with customers, riding community, and internal team members.Experience: 1 to 3 years of Marketing or Event experience is preferred.Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal.Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects.Excellent decision making, problem solving skills, diplomacy and ability to exhibit sound judgment and leadership.Must be able to establish objectives and meet goals independently and as part of a team.Fluent communication skills are required, including writing, speaking and understanding for business purposes.Events: Plan, promote, and execute both onsite and offsite events.Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are metSpecify staff requirements and coordinate their activities.Coordinate activities for rallies and events, including site selection, communication, promotion, marketing, media, registration, activities, entertainment, etc.Serve as liaison with venders on event-related mattersMarketing Communications: Develop appropriate advertising to support brand health.Lead the development of retail promotional materials and retail marketing support.Communicate and promote events and activities both to internal team and the general public.Establish an annual calendar for events and promotions.Draft and coordinate distribution of appropriate dealer communications to support marketing materials.Oversee activities of the Harley Owners Group with a view to expanding the membership base.Social Media: Develop social media campaigns to drive engagement and in-store trafficImplement a content calendar to optimize engagement & reach new potential customersCreate or maintain all effective social outlets including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.Monitor & respond to all reviews on Google, Yelp, CXI, and FacebookProject Management and Coordination: Plan, monitor and accomplish goals of specific project requirements.Create and follow daily checklists and event specific checklists.Proactively identify potential issues and solutions, initiate follow up and provide recommendations for corrective action.Provide accurate and timely information on cost, quality and project status to aide in planning and decision making.Maintain a monthly event budgetPlease submit your resume and cover letter of why you would be a good fit for the job.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Weekend availabilityExperience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location|
