Under the supervision of the Director of Slot Operations, the incumbent is responsible for assisting Slot management in all phases of Slot operations.
Essential Job Functions:
Monitoring daily transactions for accuracy and response time;
Supervising assigned slot attendant group;
Handling employee and customer complaints and disputes;
Safeguarding against theft and ensuring the security and integrity of all casino property.
Maintains the highest level of guest player service.
Performs other duties.
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum one (1) year SLOT Attendant or SLOT Technician experience or one (1) year of relevant casino experience in a high volume casino environment required. Previous experience as a Slot Floor Supervisor strongly preferred. Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours. Ability to use an “in ear” communication device and have the dexterity to handle and service slot machine parts.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
