Job Description : Summary: This position is responsible for performing daily duties specifically associated with supporting the Entertainment & Events team with daily production needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Responsible for helping to plan and execute daily band load in and out schedules.
General support of the daily operations of the Festival to include but not limited to cleaning, scheduling, hosting, etc.
Meet and greet guests and hosts in park venue including, providing customer service such as park information.
Ensuring the safety of guests and performers in and around the venue.
Ensuring cleanliness of venue in and around the outside of the venue with emphasis on backstage areas and in the theatre.
Posses thorough knowledge of Safety Standards and theatre Emergency Procedures per training.
Demonstrated professional theatre experience required.
Maintain a supplies inventory and work with Stage Manager to provide weekly expendables / purchasing lists.
Timely and accurate communication to parade personnel and Entertainment Leadership.
Demonstrate attention to detail in set-up and operation.
Solve problems with minimal supervision; must be self-motivated and self-directed.
Remain alert and attentive to ensure a flawless production and promptly respond to any issues which may arise.
Other duties may be assigned based on the ongoing needs of the daily operations of the Bluegrass & BBQ festival.

Computer Skills:

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) are required.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions

Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Required Experience
Required Education/Experience: Previous Theme Park or Theatre experience is preferred.
