We deliver monetary results by authentically translating our publishers’ and brand sponsors’ business outcomes to this massively diverse community.We seek out ambitious partners and are the leading Esports company for new gaming titles.Job Status: Full TimeEmployee Location: Burbank, CAReports To: Director, ContentESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESThe Senior Content Producer is a Subject Matter Expert who has comprehensive knowledge and expertise producing throughout the development, pre-production, production and post-production process, as well as the ability to lead a team through those processes.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGPlan, schedule, prep and execute shoots/productions, building Runs of Shows, scripts, and other tools to lead production & post-production.Working with and producing/directing talent. Including conducting interviews, directing scripted and unscripted projects, and all standard creative and logistical producer functions on location, in studio, and in the office.Working with and running crews from pre-production through broadcast/publishing, including setting and executing production pipelines & schedules, tracking deliverables, and being accountable for quality control and assurances.Expert client-facing skills, anticipating, meeting and exceeding their expectations as collaborate work with client through all phases of production.Work with Finance team to build budgets, and then execute based on that budget.Assist on pitches, including ideation, writing copy, assisting on slide deck creation.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for content creation both internally with other EE teams, and also externally with clients and vendorsMentor junior team members, assigning tasks, providing clear direction and feedback.Ability to become an expert quickly by conducting research around the game/project, its community, player base, fan base, professional scene, and all relevant show topicsAbility to take and give direction/notes and implement them at a high level.WHAT WE NEED TO SEE7+ years experience producing in studio/on location/in post combined.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop.Proficient with Google Drive, Docs, Spreadsheets and Slides.Expert technical background in production equipment and workflows, including a thorough knowledge of cameras, lighting, framing, workflows, post-production.A track record of excelling when managing several projects at once with little supervision or in ambiguity, and previous experience being singularly accountable for tasks and projects.PLUSESBachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution in Media/Film/TV/Entertainment/Broadcast or equivalentExperience working in esports or gaming related contentPassion for video gamesAbility to edit in Adobe Creative CloudAbility to operate a camera, sound equipment, lighting, etc.The Company has reviewed this job description to ensure that essential functions and basic duties have been included.
