We produce/distribute entertainment media, take part in racing and motorsports, and maintain our own product line.We are actively seeking a Producer to oversee media projects internally from inception to delivery, as well as oversee the production team’s related workflow, resource planning, budgets, productivity, and development.Summary: This role reports directly to the Head of Production and works in close collaboration with the Head of Content based in Los Angeles, CA. The Producer will work with the team to deliver each piece of content on time and to the level of quality that Hoonigan is known for, consistent with the company’s priorities, brand, and storytelling ethos. This person will plan and supervise the production schedule, appropriate bandwidth, prioritization for all current and upcoming projects while maintaining clarity of information and good channels of communication.Responsibilities: Manage workflow and workload of the freelance production teamTrack projects in every stage: Pre-production, Production, Post, WrapTrack active productions and current budget actualsResponsible for completion of contracts, permissions, permits, COI’s, and risk assessmentsManage and hire crew members for new productionsCreate and manage production schedules, budgets, and calendarsManage internal process at every stage of production; this includes securing all necessary internal approvals required to move the work forwardManage milestones associated with every project to ensure that the work stays on scheduleMaintain all living documentation/tools through the project lifecycleEnsure that status and current state of projects is effectively communicated to teams dailyMentor, assist, and help grow associate producers, production coordinators and production assistants within the departmentProvide daily and weekly reports on status of current and future projects to Head of ProductionClosely collaborate with Hoonigan’s Head of Content and Head of ProductionRequirements: Minimum 5 years Production experience preferably as a Production Manager, Line Producer, Bidding Producer &/ or Field Producer.Understanding of AICP guidelinesHave and maintain a large network of high-quality crew, vendor, and global production service partnersBasic technical knowledge of various systems (Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud).Ability to handle multiple projects and conflicting demands/deadlinesAbility to pivot and adapt when problems and changes happen.
