As a Corporate Concierge (Leisure Travel Specialist) in Dallas, Texas, you will be responsible for fielding and fulfilling personal and professional requests from our onsite or virtual corporate employees for this client account. Responsibilities include extensive travel planning, event ticket sales, gift recommendations, event planning, and onsite services service coordination. Adhere to company’s policy and compliance expectations.Cultivate professional relationships with client contacts.Follow up with clients after completion of requests to promote positive customer satisfaction.Participate in achieving team goals and offer support to teammates whenever necessary.Must be able to work in a detailed expeditious manner under pressure whether working on-site or virtually.Maintain up-to-date information on client’s profiles and preferred vendors.Provide Account Manager with monthly reports on agreed metrics.Work as a positive contributing member of an experienced team to provide the client with “service beyond expectations”.Promote collaboration with team members and management, and sustain a respectful work environment.Continue to effectively market the service to acquire and maintain customers.Work to grow the account and increase revenue generation.Constantly meets performance benchmarks in all areas.Ability to complete task and maintain a calm professionalism even during stressful situations.Any other duties that’s needed to drive to the vision, fulfill our mission and abide by the values of this organization.NOTE: To protect the health and safety of the clients and the workforce we serve, successful applicants for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. Proficient in handling individual leisure travel vacations and packages. Must be able to handle extensive travel requestsKnowledge of online booking tools.
