We are interested in adding team member seeking a career with Primetime Entertainment to join our growing and successful company. Candidate must be able to work during spring break and summer.We are seeking team members that are passionate about customer service and understands that it is about helping the team achieve their goals, and they will follow you and help you achieve yours. Team members will be cross trained to work as an Usher, Box Office Cashier, and Concessionaire and must be able to perform the essential job functions of these positions.Duties and Responsibilities:Follows the direction dictated by the Management TeamGreet guests with a smile and timely and professional mannerOperate Primetime’s POS system including proper cash balancing and distributing correct inventory and tickets.Abides by the cash handling procedures as directed by Primetime Entertainment’s policyInspects and reports repair and maintenance needs regarding building, property and equipment to ManagementMeets with customers for improved service in the theaterEnforces and supports Primetime Entertainment “Operation Guidelines”Properly utilizes Personal Protective Equipment while completing position-specific tasksProvides pricing, movie, specialist event, alternative movie selections, and general theatre informationResponds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional and quality customer service mannerConducts theatre inspections to monitor movie presentation and sound quality, watch for film and content theft, and help maintain a safe quality environment within the auditoriumsKeeps theatre property clean and free from debris (lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums, exits, parking lot, etc.)Prepares food and properly operates cooking, warming, and popping equipmentConsistently wipe down and sanitize Employee high-contact areas within our auditoriums, concession areas, restrooms, and any other areas that are highly touched by a guest or team member.Complies with all local, state, and federal food safety lawsAdapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasksInstructs and calms Guests in the event of an emergencyAssists with all opening and closing duties as assigned by managementPerforms other work-related duties as assignedDimensions and SpecificationsMust be at least 16 years of ageCompletes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where requiredTeam members may be required to complete TABC certification if applicableAvailability to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidaysInterpersonal skills include the ability to communicate with all ages, genders and personalities. This requires the ability to converse and comprehend in EnglishRequires regular and consistent attendanceHas an energetic and friendly attitude during each shiftProvides excellent guest serviceAccurate cash handling and basic math skillsAbility to work in a team environment and independentlyAbility to take and follow directionResponds with a sense of urgencyExcellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detailMust be able to resolve conflictKnowledgeable and adept in all areas of theater operation and theater administration including projection, concession area and box officeAbility to perform all job functions requires certain physical standards.
