How you’ll make an impact
The Media Coordinator will be in charge of various duties and responsibilities that provide support for the Howard Stern Show media department.

What you’ll do:
Possess strong organizational skills to handle various aspects of departmental process.
Attend production meetings to take notes quickly and efficiently.
Assist with coordinating and scheduling multiple meetings in calendar.
Update and maintain various files in computer database.
Help create and monitor documents and charts for the media department’s needs.
Research various production needs for the media department team.
Collaborate with team and support all planning assignments and special projects.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience in a corporate or broadcast setting. Internship and college broadcasting experience may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
Needs to have a professional demeanor.
Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
Familiarity with working in an environment with celebrities professionally.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office suite.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
